Hidden Hollow is a family-run business led by sisters Heather and Laura, who began their event careers in floral design. After years of designing and styling wedding florals, they gathered their families and transformed Hidden Hollow into the beautiful wedding venue it is today, with everything a couple could need for a perfectly romantic day.

Details of the Grounds

There are so many versatile ways to take advantage of all the beautiful spaces Hidden Hollow offers. Their spaces accommodate between 160 to 220 guests. 

Regarding your ceremony, there are several options for beautiful spots to exchange your vows. The Meadow is a gorgeous outdoor space with a large pergola at the end of a stone path perched atop lovely stone steps. Furthermore, The Garden View features a lovely waterfall, a pond, and evergreen trees and seasonal florals that are perfect for a more intimate ceremony. 

The Bluff View is located all the way at the top of the property and features breathtaking views of Wahtoke Lake, the surrounding foothills, and the Sierras. The Hollow, located at the property’s lowest point and surrounded by mature mulberry trees, creates a secret garden atmosphere for your ceremony. 

For your indoor reception, The Grand Ballroom features massive windows that provide panoramic views of Wahtoke Lake, a large fireplace with a decorative mantle, gorgeous chandeliers, and hardwood floors. The Grand Ballroom looks quaint and cottage-like from the outside, but it is a beautiful, elegant event space inside.

Hidden Hollow also has a bridal suite with hairdressing and makeup stations, a tv, and an outdoor courtyard with a fountain. The Groom’s Lounge has an entertainment system, a pool table, and plenty of space for the groom’s entire wedding party to get ready. 

Photography Opportunities

Hidden Hollow has many beautiful places to take your wedding photos. Outside, we’ll find lush, natural tree canopies and beautifully landscaped flowers perfect for pictures that look fresh and summery. 

Wahtoke Lake is a gorgeous waterfront backdrop. The views of the surrounding hills and mountains from The Bluff make for dramatic landscapes that will create photos that will take your breath away. Additionally, in the Grand Ballroom, soft lighting and elegant décor set the mood for party pictures that will capture every moment of the celebration with your favorite people.

Wedding Details

When you book your wedding at Hidden Hollow, many amenities and perks are already included in your event. All you’ll need to provide is your photographer (Hi! It’s me!) and your wedding officiant. 

All catering is provided by Hidden Hollow, from hors d’oeuvres to a full dinner, to your wedding cake. Your beautiful fresh flowers are also included, and the design and theme are totally up to you. Hence, you can style your day exactly how you like. For your ceremony, Hidden Hollow will provide:

• all of your ceremony décor, and
• full set up and tear down the event.
